is a nonprofit foster-based transport program of P.E.T.S Low Cost Spay and Neuter Clinic in Wichita Falls, Texas. We save dogs from overcrowded North Texas shelters, and send them to a wonderful place in upstate New York called Helping Hounds Dog Rescue, where formerly-unwanted dogs find loving homes. Liberty (left) found a home with HHDR alumni Devito (now Pepper). She will enjoy daily walks through trails covering 60 acres. There will be plenty of time for cuddles. She may take up paddle boarding in the summer and will enjoy road trips to visit her extended family in NC. There is also a family run farm where she can meet cows, roosters, chickens and cats.
