Good morning, this is Tawnya Reardon, owner of Dog Patch Dog Walking. It is with an incredibly grateful, but sad heart 💔 that I announce the closing of Dog Patch Dog Walking on March 31, 2026. Kent A Knowles will be moving on to work with his daughter, Kennzie Reynolds, owner of locally owned, D & D Pet Services, and I am referring all clients to them. I have been called by Jesus Christ ✝️ to move to Egypt and serve Him there. You see, Jesus is not only my savior, but my Lord and is requesting my obedience in this. I can think of no better reason to depart.
I started Dog Patch Dog Walking with the idea that I was going to have some fun and make a little bit of money. I had no idea that God would bless and exceed all my expectations. For the last 5 1/2 years, I have had the opportunity to get to know and serve the outstanding community of Wichita Falls, Texas. All DPDW's clients (people) have been absolutely amazing and I am so honored to have been given the chance to get to know and love each and every one of you.
Now to the animals 🐕 🐱. Although there are hundreds of you in number, there are really no words to express how much I love all of you. Never having any real children of my own, I consider each and everyone of you my babies, and am terribly sad to let you go. The unconditional love and happiness that you continually showered on me actually saved me. For it was you that took care of me, not me that took care of you. You taught me to laugh, live in the moment and appreciate simpleness again. I truly believe that you are angels sent to earth to help us, and I can definitely see God's handiwork. I will carry you and your memories in my heart ❤️ forever. It has been the honor of a lifetime
I will be here until April 4th and if you have a booking with me it is safe. I will be contacting my regular clients personally to go over any questions or concerns.
