Happy Tuesday! 🐾🐶😃 You may be noticing your fur baby is shedding like crazy! Well De-shedding season is here! Fur babies are taking their winter coats off and putting their summer coats on! 😁🐾🐶 Get your fur babies in for a freshen up!

🐶🐾Positives to getting their winter coat off:

🐾 They Shed less
🐾 By removing the dead thick undercoat the fur baby can better regulate their body temperature keeping them cool in the summer.
🐾 Helps prevent matting as they are going to shed it either way.
🐾 Removing excess hair allows air to circulate better reducing hot spots, skin irritation, and skin infections.

HAPPY FRI-YAY! 🐾🐶🤗 Spring is approaching us, and this weather in march is beautiful! 🐾☺️
For those that didn’t get to see the poplar bear on Wednesday he was greeting everyone at the door while he was waiting for his family ☺️🐾 His name is max and for is spa day we got him clean and fresh for his parents wedding this weekend! Mom wanted him round and fluffy, and we gave her just that! 🐾☺️🐶 With spring approaching so is your fur baby worst shedding season 😆 Your fur babies are shedding their winter coats and putting that nice summer coat on ☺️ Get your fur babies in for a fresh clean up! My books are starting to fill up so make sure your fur baby has a nice spa day in the books! 🐾🐶

It’s been a doodle kinda month! And she turned out amazing! With fluffing her up and making her round and soft! ☺️🐾

I have just a few days left for January!

It’s been a doodle kinda month 🐾🤗🐶 This fur baby was so amazing to groom! This fur baby’s family likes to have him on the fluffy side and wow did it turn out great! 🐾🐶 Hershey was a very good boy throughout the whole process.
With doodles being left longer you want to take them to the groomers every 4-5 weeks due to their “no shedding” because what actually happens is they shed it just stays in their curly hair which is what causes matting. If you can’t run a comb through your fur baby without getting stuck, then neither will my guard 🐾🐶

🐾🐾 I have a few days left for the month of November for grooming, as I will be taking some time off. So please book ahead for your fur babies spa day 🐾🤗

So fresh and so clean! 🐾🙌🏼🐶
Little miss got a doodle cut! She’s soooo soft 😩🤗🐾 A Little information on doodles Did you know:
To keep your doodle coats healthy they should have a 6-8 week grooming. Doodles (depending on coat curl) can get very matted! When you keep them at a longer length brushing must be done in between grooming 🤗🐾 What happens is doodles are popular for the “No shedding” what actually happens is doodles shed their coat, but it stays in their curly hair 🐾🐶 which then causes matting which is harder to keep them at a longer cut as if a comb can’t go through the coat without getting stuck neither will my guard 🤗🐾 Which can cause pulling of the hair and uncomfortable for your fur baby. We stand by comfort before vanity as spa day is suppose to be a happy and relaxing time 🐶🐾🤗

I have a few days left for grooming in the month of Oct. 🤗🐾 Get your shedding fur babies or fur babies that need a hair cut so they can see better and give them a fresh new look 👀 or feeling soft and have them smelling fresh into the long winter months! 🤗🐾🐶

I will be available for Thanksgiving 🦃 and Christmas 🎄 for boarding 🙌🏼🐾 Make sure your fur baby has a warm and safe place to stay over the holidays! 🐶🤗🐾

The small details is what makes a great groom 🤗🐾🐶 We had to get ALL the angles 😆 And on the plus side he makes a great model 🥰 Im always so bad at getting before and after photos. This fur baby spa day got a short but fluffy look to him! His family lives out of town and wanted to keep him this length to keep stickers from sticking to him 🐶🐾 His spa day consisted of nails clipped, paw pads shaved, a pre-shave before the bath, oatmeal shampoo bath, blow dry, and a final tidy up to even everything up. Clean hair cuts even so the final shave is the most important 🤗 I like to pre-shave before the bath as if we aren’t keeping the hair we won’t need to clean it, as well as it helps get a better clean fur baby 🐾🤗
🐾🐾 My Books are booking into mid October as you might be noticing your fur baby’s are shedding that summer coat off and putting their winter coats on 🐶🤗🐾 A fall grooming helps keep those fur babies from shedding excessively, as well as helps those longer coats from matting up 🤗🐾 Get your fur baby’s smelling and looking fresh 🐾🐶
