September 13 starts a new season of Flock Swaps at Gurganous Farm Store in Whiteville.
There’s no cost to participate. Bring your birds, small livestock, farm supplies and equipment to buy, sell or trade, or get a head start on your own flock and herd.
The swap will be from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at the Farm Store located just off S. Madison St. at 6 Whiteville Plaza.

Our furry friends had such a fang-tastic time at the last adoption event that they were just begging for another one during the spooky month of October! 🐶🐱

🚨 RUSSELL ALERT 🚨
The photo is blurry because he’s FAST. We tried to take a picture, and he ran directly through time.

This is Russell: a beagle-shaped bottle rocket fueled by pure chaos and cheese crumbs. He is 98% nose, 2% unfiltered enthusiasm, and we’re not convinced he sleeps. Ever.

📸 Capturing him on camera took 3 people, 2 broken flip-flops, and one emotional breakdown.
🍗 He found a hot dog in a couch from 2014.
🌪️ He once zoomed so hard he turned off the WiFi.

Russell has one speed: TURBO, and one mission: sniff everything, escape nothing (except your heart 💘). He’s sweet, unhinged, and determined to live every day like he’s just busted out of doggy jail and is headed to Vegas.
