🚧 Traffic Alert 🚧
There is ongoing construction on Whitehall Rd between Lakewood Rd and White Lake Drive. Traffic is currently down to one lane, and there are significant delays.

If you’re coming from the south, we recommend either taking the freeway or planning extra travel time to account for the delay.

🐶🚨 Foreign Body Obstruction Awareness 🚨🐶

Dogs love to chew and explore with their mouths — but sometimes their curiosity can lead to serious trouble. Every year, countless pets are brought into the vet for foreign body obstructions — when something they swallowed gets stuck in their stomach or intestines.

🦴 Common culprits include:
• Socks, underwear, and dish towels
• Bones and rawhide
• Toys (especially if they’re small or easily shredded)
• Corn cobs, peach pits, string, and more

🚨 Symptoms to watch for:
• Vomiting or gagging
• Loss of appetite
• Lethargy
• Abdominal pain
• Straining to p**p or changes in bowel movements

Foreign body obstructions are painful, dangerous, and often require surgery. If you think your dog swallowed something they shouldn’t have, don’t wait — call us immediately!

🩺 Prevention is key:
✔ Supervise playtime
✔ Choose safe, durable toys
✔ Keep laundry and trash out of reach

Your dog’s safety starts at home — and we’re here to help if things go wrong. ❤️🐾

🐾 Meet Sheldon! 🐾

This sweet boy came in for his appointment today, and while he has a heart of gold, he’s not exactly a fan of being held or staying still (can you blame him? 😸).

To help keep Sheldon calm and comfortable, we used our new Calm and Cozy Cat Wrap — and it worked like a charm! The wrap allows us to gently restrain without stress or struggle, helping cats feel secure while we safely complete their exams and vaccines.

Sheldon was able to get everything he needed today with much less fuss, and he stayed his adorable self the whole time. Plus, he looks fabulous in purple!💙

We’re always looking for ways to make vet visits less stressful for our feline friends — and this wrap is a game-changer!
