Blue Oak is relocating to White Plains starting in February!

As some know, I got married this past July and I now live in White Plains. My home has the perfect area that I am currently getting set up for my new grooming space. While I know this move will not be convenient for all current clients, I am so excited for this change and to work from home. I am very thankful for all of the wonderful dogs and people I have met by being on Seminary St and I look forward to continue serving all that wish to follow me to my new location. 💙

I couldn’t let today end without wishing my reason for starting this business a happy birthday! My boy Blue is 4 years old today and without him I wouldn’t have discovered my love for grooming. I have never had such a loyal dog. He is a momma’s boy but despite his momma being a groomer, he’d much rather be outside playing in the dirt or snow looking for birds😉

I just wanted to thank you all for your business and for sharing your fur babies with me! With the new year upon us, here are a few reminders for all of my clients.

I am not a boarding facility. I groom by appointment only, so I expect dogs to be picked up promptly after service. Payment is due when services are rendered and expect a price increase on all services in the new year.

Please be sure to take your dog out to potty before dropping them off to be groomed. If you need potty bags, I have them readily available inside!

Also, please put your larger breeds on a leash when entering and exiting the building. This is a safety hazard with the busy street traffic out front and also with other dogs and clients that may be in the building.

Please try to give 24 hour notice of cancellation and those who continue to miss prebooked appointments will not be put back on my schedule. I have an ever increasing list of potential new clients waiting for an opening who would be glad to have your appointment. Please be courteous of my time and schedule and be prompt for your appointment.

It is a joy and pleasure grooming your pets and getting to know you all! Thanks again and have a happy new year!
