Blazing Trails & The Mobile Horse Private & semi-private horseback trail rides through Pontiac Lake Recreation Area. No experience necessary! Reservations recommended

Rides range from 60 minutes to three hours and pony rides are available for kids too young for the standard rides. Riders must be 8-years old or older and under 220 #;

One-hour ride: $45; rides from 1-hour up to 3 hours; pony rides (5 minutes or 30 minutes) for kids 7 and younger; discounts for campers at Pontiac Lake Recreation Area.

Our Story

Riders must be 8-years old or older and under 220#; Pony rides of either 5 minutes (corral) or 30 minutes (trail) for kids 7 and younger. Standard 1-hr ride $45/person; registered campers at the Pontiac Lake Recreation Area receive a discount (with proof of campsite) $40/person. Consider camping here! ** State Park permits are required for the park and stable.
