There have been numerous questions as of late about the pullets. So we are taking this opportunity to pass on some information.
A pullet is a female chicken from the time it is hatched to 1 year of age. A hen is a female over a year of age. A started pullet is a pullet that is over the age of 16 weeks.
So we sell pullet chicks and started pullets. On average, the age of the age of the started pullets is 19 to 20 weeks of age. I hope this answers some of the questions and clears up some of the confusion on the matter.

My wife corrected me. We do not sell egg laying hens. We sell pullets. There is a difference and I am sorry.
