📣🐾 IMPORTANT DROP-OFF & PICK-UP REMINDER 🐾📣
We’d like to remind everyone of our drop-off and pick-up policy.
Our boarding facility is located at our home, so all drop-offs and pick-ups must be scheduled in advance during our designated hours.
Monday–Friday:
8:00–10:00 AM
3:00–6:00 PM
Weekends:
8:00–10:00 AM only
Please understand that these are appointment windows, not open office hours. We schedule our personal errands and daily responsibilities around the specific drop-off and pick-up times provided by each client.
If you are scheduled to pick up at a certain time and plan to arrive earlier, you must call or message us first. If we do not have another appointment before yours, we may not be at the facility.
Arriving early without notice may result in having to wait until your scheduled time.
We are happy to accommodate changes whenever possible, but communication is required so we can make sure someone is available for you.
