At Hero Pet, we believe that all pets are heroes. Whether it’s in the small ways they enrich our lives every day or in the more literal ways police, search, service, and medical support animals benefit our society. A portion of our proceeds will be used to benefit these working heroes and animal welfare organizations.
Hero Pet will offer a full suite of veterinary service including wellness, vaccines, dental, laboratory, xray, and surgery to include laproscopic and laser. No appointment is necessary for the convenience of pet owners and we also offer appointments when requested.
Our new facility will have 5 exams rooms, two surgical suites, cat and dogs surgical wards, isolation and medical boarding. This facility has been designed to be efficient in both cost and energy. Its air filtration system will ensure a pleasant odor free experience for pet owners and limit the spread of potential pathogens. We will be conveniently located in Westville, Indiana at the intersection of Route 2 and Hwy 421 (across from McDonalds) to serve both LaPorte and Porter County Indiana. We are targeting late spring for opening and will be open 6 days a week.
