Today, I'm incredibly thankful for the "Libre Winds Family" and the amazing adopters who've come into our lives, loved our dogs and become members of our family along the way!!!

From our 1st litter way back in 1975 until today, generations have enjoyed LW babies & our people are simply the BEST!!!

We are SO blessed and our puppies are SO incredibly fortunate!!! 🥰

As Preservation Breeders of the Australian Shepherd, we are committed to keeping the legacy and future of our breed PURE!!!

We do not support the purposeful miniaturization of our breed. We do not support "crossing" our dogs with any other breed and we will remain true to the original purpose of our breed. We will never produce nor will we allow anyone affiliated with us to produce "Mini" anything nor will we ever "Doodle" our breed. 🤦

We do NOT promote cross-breeding, backyard breeding (presented as "Designer" dogs vs the truth-an irresponsible mistake), nor will we EVER contribute to the overwhelming number of W***y Nilly, careless, over-production of Heinz 57 mutts flooding shelters everywhere! The ONLY reason to EVER create a life is to BETTER a breed...not to obliterate it with stupidity.

Here at Libre, we will NEVER produce anything other than purebred, AKC/ASCA registered representatives of the Australian Shepherd breed-PERIOD! 👊

Our standards are high & our ENTIRE purpose is to maintain and promote the purity, health & longevity of the Australian Shepherd breed as it was intended for future generations.

We will NEVER place ANY of our puppies as breeding dogs without first fully vetting, requiring co-ownership & requiring show contracts from those who are as invested as we are in the preservation of our beloved Australian Shepherds.

Our dogs are beautiful, sweet, VERY loved, FULLY health-tested (that includes OFA's), well-bred with the top bloodlines of our breed and our commitment to our furkids is never-ending.

Our commitment to our dogs equals ensuring the Australian Shepherd breed will live on forever with a standard of excellence that is fully committed to "The Standard" set by ASCA in 1977.

This is not meant to offend anyone, however, we are absolutely dedicated to OUR breed, it's origins and we wish to clearly establish the standards we live by here at LW. We are 100% purists!!! ❤️🐾❤️

Yesterday, we got to see how "Merle" investigates his world with kisses N nubby wiggles...

So, today, we see how "Li'l Jimmy Dickens" investigates! He pets everything! 😄

They're still 👀 for their own Outfit, hoping to become the BEST Top Hands the world has ever seen!!! 🤠

Time for these kids to get out, find a job and start making an honest living!!! 😉

(If "Dolly" & "Johnny" stay with us, we'll be taking them to the shows!!! They love being on stage! Talk about a couple of show boats!❤️)

"Li'l Jimmy Dickens" and "Patsy Cline" have some folks interested who might just hire them out...we shall see!!! 🤞

Today, our "Nursery" moved into a new area of the house and the babies sure had fun romping around acting like the big dogs! Their new area has a LOT more room to roam! ❤️

We took a few videos and quick pics of their investigations. "Merle" is usually the 1st to tackle any new situations, but today he was far more cautious and let his siblings go first...

These li'l fur buckets are just TOO adorable!!! 🥰
