Reach Out Rescue & Resources Saving over 2,500 lives and counting since 2010. The last to be adopted or saved are the black dogs, senior dogs and hounds.

We are committed to saving lives of animals in overcrowded shelters that they are at risk of euthanasia. We are dedicated to those rural area shelters with great dogs and no homes. Our efforts are to help those shelters find safety for their

animals and adopters to find a perfect fit. We are careful to temperament test every dog and make sure they are both people and dog friendly. We are here to provide you with the resources necessary to find a great family companion, provide you with certified trainers to ensure a happy life in your home, and be a resource center for any and all needs you may have during the lifetime of your adopted dog.

Everyone has heard of cha-cha-cha chia pets! Well we have chi-poms that just arrived in Maryland! These 2 are almost 10 weeks old and are about 3-4 pounds now. The brown one is male and the black one is female. Momma is a Chihuahua and dad is supposed to be a Pomeranian mix. We just say they are 2 cuties! Please fill out an application on our site-

Meet Dunson! He was featured on a local tv station! He loves other dogs to play with and could fit right into your family! His only issue is he can’t be in a home with birds-he see them as his potential KFC late night snack!

It's a bird, it's a train, it's Dunson the Super Dog! This all around good boy has little to no flaws. Like Superman he's just come into this world needing a home. He's great with people, other dogs, and can go from racing to cuddly movie night in no time flat. We seriously need to get him a cape, look at him go!

Did you know that Thursday May 15th is Do Lunch With Your Dog Day? Well Edward knows and he's looking for a date!

This sweet handsome boy is living in a boarding facility and would love a doggy day out! (no fault of his own, we just don't have enough Fosters!) He's great with people, other dogs, and is a polite dinner guest. He doesn't have pockets or a wallet, so you definitely have to treat.
