Rest in Power, Jailhouse Roxie O’Malley
January 2011 – April 2025

With heavy hearts we share the news that our beloved Jailhouse Roxie O’Malley has crossed the Rainbow Bridge. The sassiest cellblock sweetheart and queen of side-eye passed peacefully at home, surrounded by love.

Roxie never hesitated to let you know exactly how she felt about closed doors, empty food bowls, and (mostly) annoyance toward her two brothers, Teddy and Pita, and especially the addition of Little Kitty tried her patience to no end. She ruled her kingdom with a velvet paw and a loud meow, and we were all better for being her loyal subjects.

She was sweetly fierce, accidentially funny, and full of attitude until the very end. She had dainty feet, the biggest heart and the loudest meow. Roxie leaves behind an enormous hole in our hearts and a legacy of cattitude that will never be matched.

Thank you to everyone who followed her antics, laughed at her memes, and understood that sometimes… Roxie was mad for all of us.

Fly high, sweet baby. The world is emptier without you.
