We sent out an important email blast early this morning regarding a Summer PSA about kennel cough, policies, and reminders. If you did NOT receive this email, please let our staff know as soon as possible.
Email blasts are very important because they are sent to ALL customers at the same time to communicate important updates, reminders, policies, closures, seasonal information, and more. If you are not receiving these messages, we need to make our software company aware so we can ensure you stay connected and informed going forward.

These are mass emails sent to every customer.
๐ฌ PORTAL MESSAGES / DIRECT EMAILS
These are one-on-one communications sent specifically to you from a staff member through the customer portal.
Understanding the difference helps us troubleshoot communication issues more effectively if you are missing messages.
