📢 Important Policy Update – Mid-Ohio Paw Patrol 🐾
To better protect my time and ensure availability for all clients, Mid-Ohio Paw Patrol will now require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve all pet sitting and dog walking bookings.
Unfortunately, I have experienced multiple last-minute cancellations after blocking off dates that could have been offered to other clients. When a booking is canceled on short notice, it is often impossible to refill those dates, resulting in lost income.
Effective immediately:
🐾 A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your reservation.
🐾 Deposits are non-refundable if the client cancels the booking.
🐾 The remaining balance will be due before or after services, depending on the payment arrangement agreed upon by both the client and Mid-Ohio Paw Patrol.
🐾 The deposit must be paid after the service agreement/invoice has been reviewed and signed by both parties — myself, Raechel (owner of Mid-Ohio Paw Patrol), and the owner of the pet(s).
🐾 Dates are not considered reserved until the signed agreement is received and the deposit has been paid.
