Our associates are trained in the areas of special communication requirements, professional flexibilty and handling situations that are unique to relief medicine. We work with many practices to cover rountine days off or to provide open-ended coverage for staff transitions, major illnesses, or to support practice growth.

Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, coordination, scheduling, or administrative roles
• Veterinary industry experience strongly preferred (clinic or relief setting)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting demands
• Proficiency with computers – Google Workspace, Microsoft office, Quickbooks & we will train our scheduling software
