Are you a customer service rockstar who's as comfortable with a Great Dane as you are with a spreadsheet? Then we need you!
We're looking for an enthusiastic and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face (and voice) of our busy, high-quality dog grooming salon. This isn't just about answering phones—it's about creating a smooth, positive experience for both our human and canine clients.
What You'll Be Doing:
Champion Customer Service: Greeting clients, booking appointments, handling inquiries, and making sure everyone leaves happy and informed.
Canine Confidence: You must be physically able and comfortable handling dogs over 50 lbs for check-in and check-out. A gentle, confident demeanor is a must!
Operational Excellence: Managing client files, processing payments, and keeping the front desk area organized and running like clockwork.
Team Player Mentality: You'll be working closely with our groomers. We give constructive criticism as a tool for improvement and expect a mature, positive attitude toward feedback.
You're the Perfect Fit If You:
Have proven experience in a customer-facing role.
-Have scheduling experience.
Are a self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
Love dogs and know how to handle them safely and calmly.
Are resilient, professional, and understand that every interaction is a chance to shine.
