Fun fact: every week, day trains AND board and trains go out on hikes with me! On our hikes I love to be able to let the dogs run, play and have the best time all while practicing obedience skills throughout the hike! Mental 🧠 and physical 🐕 stimulation: ✅

🌼Board and Train Maze just wrapped up a 4 week behavioral modification Board and Train program with me!🐾

Maze’s owner has done a really great job with her obedience and working with her behaviors as much as she knew she could! Maze is extremely nervous of everything and strangers, and because of that she would resort to displaying fear based aggression if she felt pressured. Through the 4 weeks I got to work with Maze it’s been my biggest mission to show her the world really isn’t so scary after all if she just trusted me! It took quite some time for her to open up & trust me but once she did I was able to really dive deep into her fears and work with her building confidence and neutrality!

Sometimes we can’t change a dogs genetic disposition but what we can do is help teach management skills and help dogs learn to properly cope with their feelings and have better reactions! Really proud of this sweet girl Mazey and looking forward to her owner being more confident handling her now! 💜

Welcome Bruin to the FBK9’s Pack!🐾

Bruin is a very excitable, high energy, SWEEET 6 month old yellow lab that is here for a customized Puppy Day Train Program to learn all of her obedience commands, leash manners, general manners like not jumping on people when greeted, and off leash recall!

Bruin has been with me twice a week for 2 weeks now and has immediately picked up on everything and is doing absolutely amazing! After week one her owners were thrilled with how she was already doing so much better overall as well as with learning her commands! Very excited to continue to see this girl shine ✨🩷

Meet Board and Train Hershey! 🐾🐕

Hershey is here doing FireBird K9s 3 Week Board and Train program to work on building his confidence, separation anxiety, reactivity to other dogs, basic obedience skills, mouthy behaviors, jumping and off leash recall! Hershey has been here for 1.5 weeks and has made HUGE strides in his training!

The reliable off leash life under so much control in a large crowd of dogs as well as a perfect dog to take out to the brewery/winery, any patio setting, the (pet friendly) stores or any walk! ❤️‍🔥

It’s a pleasure to see every single dog at their fullest potential and grow an even better, stronger bond with their owners! 🥰
