1) We are only providing home visit services for EMERGENCY cases at this time. If you are uncertain if your pet is in urgent need of care, kindly book a phone consultation and speak with one of our veterinarians directly.
2) Telemedicine consultations are offered and can be booked through a phone consult

ation with one of our veterinarians.
3) If a Home Veterinary Visit is booked, our doctor will be conducting most of the medical conversation part of the visit over the phone in their vehicle before stepping into your home. Where they can, they will conduct outdoor exams for mainly our dog patients. If entry into you home is absolutely necessary, prior to entering your home or handling your pet, our doctors and veterinary nurses will have conducted a pre-clean/sterilization (as well as post-clean/sterilization) of their attire at every home visit. They will be wearing gloves, protective gowns and goggles if they are in need of entering your home for pet medical needs. Kindly always keep yourselves and your other pets at least 2 meters distance away the doctor and nurse as well as away from their working site if in the home or even if the visit is conducted outdoors.
4) Medication and Food Drop offs--We are also disinfecting products we are sending out for delivery as best we can given their packaging.

1) Keep your pets secured INSIDE your home🏡💕. Even in a fenced yard, pets can escape so again, it is best to keep them inside.

2) Give them a safe place to hide🙈🙉. Have a room designated for them with toys, bedding, snacks or even have their crate available to them so they can venture in when needed until the festivities are over.

3) If your pets are not micro-chipped, make sure they are wearing their ID tags with your updated contact information just in case🏅🎫.

4) Distract them with food puzzles or toys like Kongs, turn on the television 📺for them and/or play soft calming music in the background🎼🎹.

5) We know it's hard, but try NOT to reward your pets by cuddling them or giving treats to them for being scared. It's best to just be around and ignore any anxious looks 👀 or just DISTRACT them as in number 4) tip above👍😘.

OUR TMVS FAMILY: MEET ROBBIE 🐶❤️😺🐾!!

VETERINARY ASSISTANT/ VETERINARY NURSE

Meet our newest veterinary nurse, Robbie! Robbie’s journey into the animal care world began at home, where he has been surrounded by animals for as long as he can remember. His passion for working with animals was truly sparked by his sister, who introduced him to the field and encouraged him to take his first steps into veterinary work. Since 2023, Robbie has been gaining hands-on experience working with animals and developing his skills in patient care and animal handling.
At home, Robbie is kept on his toes by his very energetic and delightfully chaotic cat, Taco. Taco is Robbie’s first companion since moving out on his own, and while he certainly keeps life interesting, Robbie wouldn’t have it any other way. Their bond has only strengthened his understanding of the patience, humour, and care that every animal deserves.
Robbie is excited to continue growing in the veterinary field and to be part of a team that brings compassionate care directly to pets and their families. We are thrilled to have him on board and can’t wait to see him develop further in his role!

Can’t believe 6 years have flown by and our Nibbler 😻is now well into his golden years 🥹🙏❤️🌹🌹🌹This is Nibbler 😻our now 12 years old senior rescue kitty being cuddled with love 🥰 by our 🌟AMAZING 🌟medical team Dr. Tina 🦋🌹(left), Nurse Savannah (right) and Nurse Robbie 🌟💕(photo in previous) right after his mani/pedicure 💅, blood/stool testing and blood pressure check 🙏❤️As always he passed his wellness examination with flying colours 🌈🌟😻🙏❤️❤️❤️

HELLO TMVS COMMUNITY 🐶😺🐾❤️!! Meet Handsome Mr. Nibbler our now 12 years old black DSH kitty 😻!! Here he is just after having his senior wellness check up with our veterinary team, stool sample testing and treatment for an upset tummy 😿. Fast forward to today, thanks to the consistent medication administration and TLC of his gorgeous guardians, Nibbler is back to having formed stools and is eating well 🌈🌟😍😻🥰🙏💕🐾❤️❤️We always love visiting this Beautiful Family and we are SO happy to hear Nibbler has made a full recovery ❤️❤️😻😍❤️❤️!!
