As many of you know, we’ve been on hiatus from breeding golden retrievers for the past year. We retired the last of our original girls last year and were waiting on our new prospect to grow out. We had intended to wait until after Skye’s spring heat to do her extended health testing and then breed her in the fall, but nature had other plans. She had a silent heat in January and had an unintended single tie with our male. Of course when you don’t want it to happen it only takes once 😂 so announcing Skye’s first litter…four females and one male!
