Starting May 21st, all appointments and records will be handled at the Hunter Animal Hospital location. We are still finalizing the exact date our full team will be under one roof, so stay tuned for a follow-up announcement soon!

The Team You Love: You’ll continue to see the same familiar faces you’ve trusted at West Valley. Dr. Sheranian and our team will all be making the move to Hunter Animal Hospital!
More Expertise: With our teams combined, your pet will have access to a larger medical group, growing from 3 doctors to 5.
Upgraded Facilities: Our new home features a modern facility with enhanced equipment, including a newer ultrasound machine and advanced diagnostic tools for your pet’s comfort and care.
Seamless Records & Prescriptions: Your pet’s medical records, prescriptions, and any active autoships will automatically transfer to the Hunter Animal Hospital system. No action is needed on your part to keep receiving your pet’s medications on time.

Important Update Regarding PawPlans® and PawPass™:
Please note that all current PawPlans and PawPass memberships will officially end on May 20, 2026. We encourage you to utilize any remaining services before that date. To ensure a smooth transition:
Outstanding Balances: Any remaining balances on your account will be waived in full.
Refunds: If you have made full-term payments for the current year, a pro-rated refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Continue Your Wellness Journey To maintain your pet's care, we encourage you to enroll in a new PawPass membership at Hunter Animal Hospital. For only $20/month, you can schedule an appointment whenever you have a concern—big or small—without worrying about exam fees. Plus, you will receive a 10% discount on veterinary medical services.
