December 10th! Mark your calendars! We'll be joining in to help fundraise for Happy Tails Animal Rescue! They are working towards the down payment for a property to have a physical rescue facility. And if anyone knows about the stray cat and dog crisis around here, they know how much this is needed! We can't wait! Share away!

PUPDATE: He has been adopted again! We have an agreement to return to us if for whatever reason it doesn't work as usual, but we are feeling confident about this new family!

Remember this little guy who was found by the police running down 40? We cleaned him up and adopted him out last week, but was returned today due to no fault of his own. The other family dog is a much larger dog and was starting to beat up on him. So...he is up for adoption again!

He is a neutered male, 1-2 years old. Goes by the name of Maximus but has only had the name a few days.( we were calling him Dorky beforehand 😆)
He is fully vaccinated! He's a happy-go-lucky that wants to play, play, play! Does well with other dogs, cats and would love kids!

FOUND: male yorkie mix running down 40 this morning. Neutered but no chip. WTHPD dropped off to us. He's getting cleaned up while he's here, but call us at 812-249-7793 or come in to claim. Will need to bring proof of ownership, we want to make sure he goes to the correct owner.

Eli the black german shepherd is still on the loose in West Terre Haute. Scent dogs have tracked him all over behind the old elementary in South West T, but he's not staying in any one place.
He is ALL black, and might resemble a wolf the way he carries himself. He is out there and moving. He is shy to humans. Local people, PLEASE keep an eye out and report ANY sightings to his mom, Marianne or contact dave and I and we'll make sure it gets to his momma, who desperately needs him back! Reward for his return!

LOST IN WEST T: Black German shepherd- male- named Eli. Last seen going into the woods west of the old elementary/ WV administration building next to the gravel pile.
Eli was being picked up from boarding and slipped his collar getting into the car to go home, got scared and ran. He is nervous. Please do not chase.
