Dear clients, this is something that I don't feel like I have to share.But i'm going to share with you guys. This week oct 27-28 the shop was closed do to me feeling under the weather/ hurting do to sciatic nerve with this pregnancy.
We will also be closed the rest of the week do to me taking personal days off. I have not just been dealing with these two things the last couple days but i have also been dealing with anxiety issues this whole time with this pregnancy. I'm doing everything that I can to get myself through this for me and my family. I'm not writing this for sympathy. I'm writing this so people understand what I am going through right now. So with that being said I will message clients back next week in the order that I canceled peoples appointments by. With new appointment or talk about our next appointment.

Mental health issues is a really thing that can effect anyone at any age, any given time. so always be kind to others.Cuz You don't know what's going on in their lives.

If you book just know we do have shop policies you can find the information on are page. These are just some of them:

*Ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hour before your appointment time. If you dont there will be a no show / no call fee of $45.00 on each pet you had appointment for.

If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment time, you will have to reschedule the appointment and there will be a no show / no call fee $45 on each pet you had the appointment for.

We understand that emergencies happen, and in that case, no fee will be charged.(just all that we ask is when you get better or get time. Call or text use just to keep us updated)

Update:
I’m sorry to inform all my clients of an unforeseen circumstance. We will be changing our hours from 9am-2pm for appointment times. Our doors will be open until 5pm for pick up!
I know we have several people booked out until November for 3pm and 4pm appointment slots. Those who have these appointments already booked, your appointment will need to be rescheduled for an earlier time.
This will take effect April 28,2025

Yes, we are still in business. We have been working on a new software system, to keep us more organized and help with booking our appointments. We are still working out kinks in the new system so that is why I haven’t gotten everyone messaged about future appointments. The grooming salon has also been closed quite a few times recently. Illness has hit my family and also my employees families.
I'm not taking difficult/bite dogs due to an injury to my arm. Also, I am not taking new clients at the moment.

If you are a client that is running with rumors, please feel free to text or call me with your concerns about my business. To all my clients who have been patient with me and all that is going on, THANK YOU.
