In this video we’re breaking down some of the most eye-catching blotched gargoyle gecko morphs out there—orange blotched, red super blotched, skeleton blotched, and a few others that don’t always get talked about enough. You’ll see real examples up close so you can actually understand what separates these animals instead of just guessing from photos.

Blotching in Gargoyle Geckos (Rhacodactylus auriculatus) can vary a ton depending on lineage, base color, and how the pattern develops over time. Some animals clean up and intensify, while others shift as they mature, and we go over what to look for if you’re trying to pick out quality animals or just want to understand what you’re seeing.

We also show multiple Gargoyle Geckos featured in the video so you can base color, color pattern saturation, and pattern consistency across different blotched types.
