Our menu is inspired by the seasons, and all summer long we love to celebrate the light, refreshing flavors that this time of year has to offer. From sweet berries to bright citrus, our offerings highlight the fresh bounty of the season.
As the seasons change, you'll notice our menu evolving as well. This allows us to keep things fresh while showcasing the fruits and flavors at their peak.
For the next two weeks, our menu will remain the same. After that, we will be closed for approximately one month (more details coming soon). When we reopen, we'll be introducing new fruit-inspired flavors to help us finish the summer season on a delicious note! 🍓🍋☀️

Our family loves jam! But did you know that most jam recipes call for 7-8 cups of sugar per batch?! That’s a lot of sugar when you consider that you end up with an average of 8 one cup jars 🧐..

Now, you are not eating the whole jar in one sitting so per serving it is not much sugar especially compared to something store bought but I found that if I used less sugar the flavor of the fruit is more pronounced and more delicious..

Why do people use so much sugar then, you might ask. For one reason it makes the average pectin “set” and you get a bigger yield for your shelf. For us, we choose quality over quantity for my family and yours!

What is different about our jam?! One of our batches has a max of 2 cups sugar and more fruit. No more worrying about your littles licking the spoon! You will also notice when you open a jar of our jam that there is much more fruit you may even see it peaking above the liquid level. This is completely normal and even delicious.. Give our jam a stir and enjoy!

Homeschool project! We have a hen that goes broody every year and a neighbor ended up giving us to many eggs for her so we put a few in the incubator! Can’t wait till they hatch, they are an adorable bread!
