Buy heat packs for upcoming cold season shipping additional $3.50 each

No refunds, exchanges, or returns due to live shipments and stress and shock of shipping process.

HIGHLY encourage, recommend, and insist you research each individual plant you are ordering. There are many factors and different environments in your home compared to my own. So what works for me may not work for you. I'm self taught through research, trial, and error still to this day. I'm confident in my plants. They are all healthy and any imperfections that may be on the plant will be disclosed to you prior to shipping.

I take pics of EVERY ordered plant and ship package for my records and I suggest as soon as you receive your plants from anyone via online, to take many pics as well and any questions you may have be asked and addressed with in 48 hours of delivery time.
There is insurance that I will help you with as much as I can, if ever needed with submitting an insurance claim. Thankfully I have not had to do this as I pack with a lot of care and experience.
*I will NOT ship a plants or plants if I feel they will not handle shipping good.
