Just to clear up any misconceptions as we venture our way back to a few public fundraisers. Rumors are just that and transparency, nips them in the bud. Club Pet relocated May 1, 2024. The founder rebuilt a cattery at her home to assure the safety of all the cats, hospice and adoptable and ALL were relocated to the new cattery. Because of zoning, and financial constraints, a kennel to house dogs, was not rebuilt. Hospice dogs were moved into foster homes, where all expenses are paid under the rescue, until they pass. All other dogs that were adoptable were adopted. Rescue pig, rabbits, Guinea pigs, and yes, domestic rats were relocated as well. Even our outdoor semi feral cat, River kitty, was rehomed and at age 16 plus, doing well. We still bottle raise kittens, take cats into our sanctuary or foster based homes, when room is available. We have many unadoptable cats because they came in feral over a decade ago, or they grew old at our rescue, yet they remain with us. So when we fundraise, it is to cover medical expenses, which are sometimes higher with 70 prcnt hospice and senior pets. We have cat litter expenses, monthly flea preventative, food (many special prescription diets), and other needs. Anyone who has a multiple cats or dog home, realizes the cost of monthly upkeep in just a few. Their level of care here has not diminished. We still have our volunteer base that cleans daily. So yes, we are still operating full steam, we just can’t do it as big as we used to. For over two decades, the founder cared for upwards of 100 dogs daily. Obviously we can’t do that anymore but we are out here doing what we can. Thank you to all those that have supported us for many many years and continue to do so. Trust me when I say, we value you and are always humbled by your generosity.

As promised, Club Pet gave them a safe place to land. We never put a limit of time on their lives. We promised them a forever home, and one of quality. Even with the transition of relocating, no one was left behind. We had to say goodbye to three of our hospice sanctuary residents in the last couple weeks. Millie was 15 years old. She had a home with us for 11 of those years. Mama kitty was 16 years old. She had a home with us for 11 years. Ruffio was 16 to 17 years old. He had a home with us for 15 years. They were all special to us and they will be missed. Fly high babies.

Our cats are at it again. They have ganged up on their cat trees over the course of the last year and destroyed them. They are asking if anyone can buy them some new ones to climb, play and sleep on. We picked out two reasonably-priced ones. Our address is 15 Oak Hill Drive, West Middlesex, PA 16159. Here are the links.

Who would be in for a bake sale at our Dec. 6 holiday basket raffle? We've had a lot of requests and we certainly aren't going to say no to sweets and dog treats, especially to help our rescue animals. Let us know. ❀️

Here are two of our favorites in the pet parade, best in show winner Edward Scissorhands and Spaghetti and Meatballs. Thank you also to everyone who helped us raise $1,051 for our three baby kittens. FUNDRAISER GOAL MET. THANK YOU!
This is the fundraiser for the three kittens we took in two weeks ago after their mother was hit by a car. We are in need of formula and additional veterinary care for these precious babies, who are getting a little stronger every day. Can you help out with a $5 donation?

❀️ UPDATE: Thank you to everyone who has gotten us past halfway to our goal of $1,000 for our three kittens. We're asking for $5 donations to meet our goal to cover formula and future vetting for our sweethearts ... ❀️
Club Pet took in three abandoned babies whose mother unfortunately was hit on the road. The babies were left for a couple of days without a mom before being found and brought to our rescue. They were no more than a few weeks old, covered in fleas, ticks, underweight, dehydrated, anemic and suffering from upper respiratory infections. We did what we hope anyone would do and just dove in to try to save their precious little lives. It was touch and go for a few days. Once stable we had all three babies seen by our veterinarian for a wellness visit and weigh in. Like every other rescue, we see the worst of the worst but our mission is always clear. To save a life. We have never and would never turn away any animal due to finances. We are humbled by all those that have supported us for 27 years and continue to support us. Until then, know that we are grateful for all donations.

Eleven days ago, Club Pet took in three abandoned babies whose mother unfortunately was hit on the road. We did what we hope anyone would do and just dove in to try to save their precious little lives. It was touch and go for a few days. Once stable we had all three babies seen by our veterinarian for a wellness visit and weigh in. We are no martyrs here. We rescue and we try our best. Like every other rescue, we see the worst of the worst but our mission is always clear. To save a life. Again, like all rescues, finances are always a struggle. Especially when people themselves are struggling. We have never and would never turn away any animal due to finances. We have great donors, board of directors and volunteers. They know what we do. We are asking today if everyone could just donate five dollars to help with formula and ongoing medical expenses. As always, we are humbled by all those that have and continue to support what we do. We have been rescuing for 27 years and our hope is someday we won't have to. Until then, thank you and know that we are grateful for any and all donations.

One week of care. Only one week out of 52 to save a life. Anyone can do it. You just have to care. One week ago, certain death, if no one cared. Today, because someone cared. What a difference a week makes. ❀️

So here we are, after a very long exhausting week of ups and downs. Update on three orphaned bottle baby kittens. A week ago, covered in fleas, ticks, anemic, bloody and black diarrhea, dehydrated, upper respiratory with eyes full of pus. Given Sub Q, started on antibiotics, syringe fed, bathed numerous times in dawn and heating pads. Thursday they went to see Dr. Fette for weights (4, 5 and 5 1/2 ounces). Severely underweight. No intestinal parasites seen (thank goodness, not sure they could have survived more blood sucking parasites). She de wormed them anyways. Started weaning onto baby food and soft gruel. Littlest gal still not ready, so bottle every four hours. Starting to walk around with steadiness. Actually tried to play today. I always hate to feel confident because fading kitten syndrome can happen without warning up to eight weeks, but…I think we are over the hump. One week progress.
