1-800 Pet Meds sends a dog biscuit with any order and that makes my doggies happy. But, tonight, they made ME happy!!! It was 9pm or so when I see an email from 1-800 Pet Meds letting me know that the information about the vet needed to be updated. I replied to the email with the current information and, a few minutes later, I get this response. This kind of customer service, with an added personal touch, goes a long way... it has made my whole day.
