Let’s get Biggie HOME! 🐶💙

This 80lb sweetheart is friendly, playful, house-trained, and full of love to give. At around 3 years old, Biggie is the total package, but he keeps getting overlooked.

Biggie is a playful pup who loves his toys and bones, and he’d thrive in a home that will engage in training, walks, and playtime. While he’s very sweet with children, we’re recommending a home without small kids due to his size and enthusiasm.

He’s completely house trained and does great whether crated or left uncrated — what a good boy! He has lived with other dogs before and done well, but slow, proper introductions are a must. Biggie has a bit too much interest in chasing cats, so a feline-free home would be ideal.

Biggie would thrive with a person or family who loves walks, playtime, and big snuggles.

Don’t forget! Tails & Scales will be set up at Federal Galley today from 1-4 for the Barks & Brews event benefitting Bark About It Rescue!
Grab your pooch for a photo op, bring some gently used dog toys, and put your drinking pants on for this Paw-some event!

After the storms this week I know some people are without power and may be without power for several more days. If anyone with any small animals: reptiles, amphibians, small mammals, fish, whatever, needs a temporary home Tails & Scales has room in the jungle to help out temporarily!
Most aquarium fish are fine for the first 12hrs but oxygen starts to deplete and waste builds up. Some reptiles will be fine but others may cool down and go into false brumation which can be detrimental to their health.
I do have some empty enclosures for emergencies I can set up. One of my biggest fears is losing power and all of my animals suffering. Luckily we were not affected by the storm so it is the least I could do to help out. My heart goes out to you all!!

April showers bring May flowers! 🌼🌻🌷🌺
I hope everyone is okay after yesterdays storms!

Spring has officially sprung and I have been adventuring all over Western PA discovering locations I never even knew existed!

The future is bright and the grass is only getting greener! I have some events scheduled soon and for the entire month of May I will be offering Mothers Day mini’s! 2 scenes to choose from, 1 including the infamous peacock chair! 😘

Although I have been a busy little bee this winter, I am ready for Spring time!

I have 4 sessions scheduled this weekend and i’m hoping to have time do some work on the “scale-ier” side of things! 🐍🐢🦎

Don’t forget Easter is right around the corner and tumblers make excellent basket stuffers!!
I will be posting some other sessions, the Easter bunny photo’s for Orphans, along with some custom tumblers i’m working on, soon!

Saturday April 5th from 10a-3p,
Tails & Scales will be taking photo’s of your pets with the Easter Bunny at Tractor supply in Kittanning to help benefit Orphans of the Storm (No Kill Animal Shelter) breaking ground on their new shelter!!!!!
4”x6” prints will be available for purchase and all proceeds will go the shelter!
Be there or be square!! Hope to see you all!
