A story of encounters: each weekend, Dr. Crespo traveled to San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico, to visit his grandparents and help -en la finca. Fincas are agricultural land-dwelling through which stories pass. Crespo forever joined his grandfather to help him with the cows, horses, pigs, chickens, all the animals with care and curiosity. His grandfather's time was crucial for learning traditional and kind

animal practices. Dr. Crespo grew up loving his time with Abuelo Juan, loving the land, and, most importantly, loving the animals. Dr. Crespo knew he would be a Vet at a very young age; he just needed to ride to adulthood, traverse oceans, cross·roads, and arrive at his hospital. Dr. Crespo graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine [Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, DVM]; he holds a bachelor's in animal science from Michigan State University and completed his clinical year at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. His 15+ years of experience working in Long Island and Queens, New York, has been invaluable in guiding his journey towards delivering excellent veterinary services.
