Save of the day 👏🏻

Everyone loves a feel good story 😊

Today Animal Control received a call for baby ducks stuck in a storm drain. Mom was close by and panicking.
Our wonderful WHFD responded to the scene to help remove the grate. ACO Ruggiero jumped inside the storm drain without hesitation and worked with the FD to safely remove all of the ducklings.
This family was happily reunited and helped to cross the street to a safer location 🤍
