🐾🤍 WHO LET THE BREEDS OUT: GREAT PYRENEES DAY! 🤍🐾

Meet Rutherford, a handsome 7-year-old Great Pyrenees who has mastered the art of enjoying the finer things in life… 🛋️🛏️😴

His favorite things include:
🤍 Cozy beds & couches
🤍 Belly rubs
🤍 Naps
🤍 Treats
🤍 Being close to his favorite people

Rutherford may be shy and timid when meeting new people, but once he feels safe, this big fluffy guy is an incredibly sweet and cuddly companion. He does well with dogs and cats and generally takes the world around him in stride.

He’s a sensitive boy who does best in a calm, peaceful home, and his foster family has already helped him make wonderful progress. ❤️

And perhaps the most important thing to know about Rutherford? "At night, my foster family pushes two dog beds together, covers them with a blanket, and calls it my Mega Bed. Needless to say, I’m a fan."

Rutherford is currently up for adoption through Homeward Animal Shelter and is looking for a patient, loving family who appreciates a gentle giant with a soft heart and a serious commitment to comfort.

🐾 WHO LET THE BREEDS OUT?! Animal Shelter Adopt Me Edition 🐾

This week, we're excited to introduce you to a very special girl looking for her forever home...meet LEORA! ❤️🐶

Leora is a 9-month-old Pit Bull Terrier mix with a big heart, a silly personality, and plenty of love to give!

She may be a little shy when you first meet her, but give her some time to warm up and you'll discover a playful, goofy girl who loves:

🥜 Peanut butter and tasty treats
🦴 Chew toys and squeakers
🐶 Playing with friends
❤️ And, most importantly...CUDDLES!

Leora is house-trained and crate trained and does well with other dogs, cats, and kids over 12. She's currently spending time in foster care while waiting for the perfect family to call her own. 🏡

🐾 If your dog threw you a birthday party, what would the theme be?
If Bailey throw me a birthday party the theme would probably be naps, after a walk the couch is her favorite spot so she would just want to cuddle with everyone at a birthday party.

🐾 Join us this Saturday as we celebrate a very special pup: Arlee. 🧁🤍

One of our wonderful customers came to us with the sweetest request... to honor her beloved dog, Arlee, on what would have been his 17th birthday.

Although Arlee crossed the Rainbow Bridge last year, his birthday will still be filled with love, treats, and a little extra kindness. In his honor, his family has purchased cupcakes to pay it forward, with some available for pups who visit us in-store and others being shared with the dogs at Homeward Animal Shelter. 🐶
