Many of you may already recognize her friendly face from her grooming assistant role with us, where she has consistently shown compassion, dedication, and a genuine love for our patients and clients. We are so proud to see her continue to grow within our hospital family.
Because we are a veterinary hospital, our grooming services are uniquely centered around the comfort, health, and wellbeing of every pet — and Ashley embodies that level of attentive care every day.

At Animal Hospital of West Chester we are celebrating National Vet Receptionist Week April 19th-25th!
Our Client Coordinators, Holly and Katie, are amazing people who are often the very first voice you hear and the first smile you see when you walk through our doors. Our reception team keeps everything running smoothly while juggling phones, appointments, questions, concerns, and plenty of happy (and sometimes nervous) pets and their people.
Their compassion, patience, and dedication do not go unnoticed. They comfort worried owners, celebrate good news, and help make every visit a little easier. We are incredibly grateful for all they do each and every day.
