Have you ever heard of the Percheron breed before?

The Percheron is a tall draft breed that originated from France. They were bred to pull carriges, plows and sleds. In present day they are still used for carriage pulling, farm work or trail riding. They are mainly grey, as shown in the photo or black.

At Nottingham Farms we have a percheron that lives here at the farm! Levi is a 20 year old 17.3 hand (almost 5’10!) Percheron gelding. He’s super sweet, smart and loves attention!
