I have had alot of experience in different vets and animal hospitals due to me being a foster parent. But let me tell you from the first phone call here Receptionist Reanna and Jasmine were with out a doubt some of the best I have ever worked with from beginning to the end. We were family and can I just tell ypu that when the Nurse Caroline walked in the room and litterly sat on the floor with my nervous dog I was stunned . Not something I was used to . But wow blown away I was given step by step instructions and every next step again not something I'm used too.. and I have to say the Dr.Bashir is hands down the most knowledgeable Dr. I have met in 25 years of fostering. I can not say it enough how please with this all around service .. fantastic and about time boca has a place that treats you like gold ... oh and sorry about the little accident.. 😐 thanks again see ypu next follow up ..
