The night has come--Sawyer's last night before hiatus at East Islip Library's read to me program. 4 years ago, Sawyer was the original dog to start this program when she was only 1 year old. It's so bittersweet for us, as we are taking a break for a good reason, welcoming our identical twin girls in December. Sawyer has bigger shoes to fill now as a big sister to two humans! This is a collage of only some of the hundreds of pictures taken over the years. We will miss all of the children and the monthly stories, but you can be sure to catch Sawyer at her favorite soccer field by Timber Point Elementary School and Heckscher State Park!
