A surety of action deposit is required for all in person visits. We are happy to FaceTime, send photos we have, etc.

If this does not work for you, we completely understand. But please understand this is my home and we simply cannot open our doors to entertain looky-loos.

#2 most frequently asked question:

“Can we come and visit the puppies first before we give a deposit?”

The answer is NO, and here’s why:

First and foremost, you have ALL our information. My address, our names, our business license, live videos of my family and home etc… and I know NOTHING about you. It’s incredibly dangerous to let people into my family home without some sort of surety of action deposit that includes your name and info. It’s fair for me to question the intentions of a stranger too.

Secondly, our primary focus is to spend time with the animals. It takes time to prepare our home for visitors, make ourselves presentable, make our animals presentable, and clear our schedule for visitors. This would be a huge waste of time if the visit did not result in a sale. Without a surety of action deposit, I have no way to ensure you aren’t wasting my time.

Third, these puppies have not been vaccinated yet. K9 parvo can live on your shoes for up to a year. Dogs are also susceptible to human viruses like neurovirus and respiratory infections. For the safety of our animals we limit exposure until a vet has inspected them and given them a round of vaccines. You shouldn’t want to visit either, or buy a puppy from someone who’s had so many visitors.

Lastly, there’s PLENTY of resources out there for us to communicate, show puppies, and verify our identity without you coming in person. Www.Sunbiz.org is a great resource and a government website where you can verify business credentials. Google and social media are also great resources. We post LIVE videos on the regular so you can see our animals. (Live videos cannot be stolen and reposted) And we can also utilize FaceTime calls as well.

If this process doesn’t work for you, we totally understand! But please respect our position as well.
