Hello everyone. This is Danielle. I have a few updates that I wanted to address here.
With the uptick in Coranavirus cases and the new restrictions from the Governor , I feel it necessary to remind everyone masks are mandatory for drop off and pick up of your pet. This is to protect both you and I. As most of you know, my 2.5yr old son is immunocompromised. He has almost died from common colds with his respiratory issues. So, if you do not have your mask on, I will ask you to go back and get it. If you choose not to wear a mask, I can no longer service your pet.
With the holidays fast approaching, I am almost booked up. If you need your pet groomed, I will need you to schedule your appointment quickly if you need to get in before the holidays. It is best to text me. There is a lot going on and sometimes, I miss texts. Please just send a reminder text so I can get back to you. It is just me and there are a lot of requests.
I usually never have to enact my cancelation fee. However, I recently have had people canceling the day of appointments. I try to be understanding. However, it affects my ability to run the business if I do not charge the cancelation fee for not giving 24 hours notice. So, moving forward, I have to enact the $50 cancelation fee per pet if not given due notice.
Effective immediately, I can no longer offer weekends. If you absolutely cannot have your pet groomed during the weekdays, I understand. I have someone I can refer you to.
I also will be raising prices. I will go over that for each individual client. The cost of operating the business has increased tremendously and I will need to raise my prices. I understand if some of you will choose not to stay. I will be sad to lose anyone as a client, I do need to do this to keep operating the business though. I do have people that I can refer you to.
Hopefully 2021 will be kinder to us all. This has been tough on all of us. I look forward to seeing you in the new year!
