It didn’t take long before the whole family got involved by helping paint the first store in Chesterfield! From there, Treats Unleashed has grown to a total of 17 stores! Teresa’s father spent his career in animal nutrition and helped develop the recipes for all the treats on our treat tables today. While we see many sweet faces every day and hear so many amazing stories of fearless pets starting new lives after a rescue, this one is a little more personal. We can personally testify that Gertrude is absolutely the sweetest girl in the world. 🥹❤️
Not only was she incredibly brave to trust our team when she first popped out of the creek near out TU headquarters, but after being brought indoors, she adjusted so quickly to being around people! Even with all the changes going on, she never ONCE hissed or raised a paw at our team. This fearless girl has the most gentle personality, and the brightest eyes.
Thank you so much to the team at Five Acres Animal Shelter for not only taking her in, but also for making sure she received the medical care and treatment she needed after her life outside to be ready for her fur-ever home.
We love you Gertrude, and we're so excited to see you find your new family! ❤️

Don't worry - you can still sign up for the pie contest on event day. OR, if you'd like to skip the lines, you can now register early in-store at TU Cottleville! Just ask one of our team members, we we'll happily help you save your spot on event day!
Cost for contest entry is $5 per participating pet, with 100% of those proceeds going directly to Bi-State Pet Food Pantry, who helps hundreds of local families keep their beloved pets during financially unstable times by providing emergency pet food assistance.

No, your eyes aren’t deceiving you, we’re a little extra festive today. ❄️🎄 Filming for our new holiday commercial at Treats Unleashed - Wentzville is underway today with Lifetime Media. We’re also so excited to have Evie from Five Acres Animal Shelter as a guest star!
Don’t worry, we’re still open for regular business hours (9 am-8 pm) today, we just may look a little different.
