Good Evening everyone! First off we would like to thank everyone who came out Saturday what a fantastic group! Secondly with every avenue looked at and no good resolution we unfortunately are going to have to cancel the August 22nd show there are just too many schedule constraints with the management crew for that particular date if you missed last weekends show don't worry September and October will go on as planned and will give ample opportunity to hit the 4 show requirement to qualify for year end awards as always if you have any questions please free to reach out 🙂 again our apologies for any inconvenience and we look forward to seeing everyone in September 🥳

A huge thank you to all who attended the second show in our series last weekend! The weather was beautiful and the day went really smooth 🙂 just wanted to share we officially ordered the year end buckles this morning!!! 🥳 12 buckles have been sent to production
1D-3D Open champion
1D-3D Open reserve champion
1D-3D Youth champion
1D-3D Youth reserve champion
Year end points will be a total of what you've accumulated over the season champion and reserve champion will be based off points in each division it should go without saying if you disqualify in any class THERE ARE NO POINTS counted in that class towards your total but just in case we figured we would clarify that here you must also attend at least 4 shows in the series to qualify for year ends 🙂

With the 2nd show in the series fast approaching we just wanted to take the time to go over a few things that maybe unclear

1.)Youth is welcome to compete in open HOWEVER you can only collect year end points for youth OR open not both if you competed in the first show and chose where you wanted you points for year end that is the division your points are valid in you can not change your mind if you couldn't make it to our first show we'll need to know Saturday morning before this event starts if you are planning on running in Youth and open

2.) The first class is scheduled to start at 10am we are allowing a 15 minute grace period if you are not signed up by the time the draw is posted you cannot compete in that class as we will not be able to edit the draw once it's posted that's why we highly suggest pre entries! It's a super easy process and you can still pay at the event and the link is always posted on the page 🙂

3.) Although we try our best to stay on top of any timer issues ( batteries ect) things still happen if the timer malfunctions during your run you will have the option to rerun for a time or just scratch from the class for a refund of that particular class
