🐶🚨 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 🚨🐶

⭐️Cage Free Express Appointments⭐️
We are now offering cage-free express grooming appointments for an additional fee. While most pets currently experience little to no crate time, requesting an express appointment ensures your pet remains cage-free and is completed within approximately 1–1.5 hours.
Standard appointments may take up to 2 hours for small breeds and up to 3 hours for larger breeds. Pets must be picked up within 30 minutes of service completion.

⭐️Pricing Update⭐️
A slight price increase will apply to all breeds. This adjustment allows us to continue one on one grooming and using high-quality products while managing rising operational costs. An updated list will be posted in the salon lobby.

⭐️Updated Hours & Scheduling⭐️
We are gradually transitioning to new business hours, which will be fully implemented by April. Due to increased demand, we will open on select Thursdays and will close one Saturday per month. Clients are encouraged to prebook appointments to secure preferred time slots.

⭐️Policy Enforcement⭐️
Fees for no-shows, last-minute cancellations (excluding emergencies), matting, and behavioral issues will be strictly enforced. 🌟🚨Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the appointment to avoid a fee.🚨🌟

⭐️Rabies Vaccination Requirement⭐️
For the safety of our staff and all pets in our care, all age-appropriate pets must be current on rabies vaccinations unless a veterinarian exemption is provided. Proof of vaccination is required prior to scheduling for new clients.

🐾 Holiday Grooming Update! 🐾

The holidays are almost here, and our schedule is filling up fast! November is nearly booked, with only a couple of appointments available.. and December appointments are going quickly too. If you haven’t scheduled your pet’s holiday groom yet, now’s the time — we want every pup looking their best for the season!

A few important reminders to help our busy holiday schedule run smoothly:
✂️ Once our schedule is full, we won’t be able to move or switch appointments.
⏰ Please arrive on time! Early check-ins may need to wait, and late arrivals may incur a late fee or could be turned away (which will result in a no-show fee).
📅 Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
🐶 If your pet hasn’t been groomed with us in the past 5 months, new client pricing will apply.
🚗 Pets must be picked up within 30 minutes of completion unless other arrangements have been discussed with your groomer.
📞 Please allow 24–48 hours for a response — this season is extremely busy for us, and we’re giving each pet in our care one-on-one, personal attention. Please be mindful of our business hours, we do not respond on days that we’re closed.
🚫 Do not arrive for pick-up until you’ve been notified that your pet is ready. Grooming time can vary a bit during the holiday rush.

We love your pets like our own, and we truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this hectic season. Your patience allows us to give every dog the care and attention they deserve.

📣 Important Scheduling Update 🐾

We are fully booked for June and have very limited appointments left for July! As a VERY small, personalized grooming business, we are so grateful for the continued support of our loyal clients.

To ensure we can provide the best care and service to each pup, all clients will now be required to stay on a regular grooming schedule. This helps us manage our calendar effectively and ensures your dog always looks and feels their best!

While we would love to groom every single dog, we are not accepting new clients at this time. Thank you for understanding and for being part of our grooming family — we truly appreciate you! ♥️

We value your trust in our services and strive to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all of our clients. However, we must emphasize the importance of adhering to your scheduled pick-up and drop-off times. Late arrivals or delays in picking up your dog can disrupt our daily schedule, affect other clients, and potentially cause additional stress for your pet. Therefore, we kindly ask that you arrive promptly at the agreed time.

If you anticipate any changes to your schedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Continued delays may result in additional fees or limitations to our services.

As a reminder, we will be open during the holiday season to care for your pets, but we ask that you respect our established pick-up and drop-off times to help ensure smooth operations during this busy period.

Hi everyone! As of this week, Totally Pawsome Grooming will be open Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. I have added later appointment slots for Tuesdays and Wednesdays for those needing them and they have been booking quick! 😀

Please read below so i can continue to run things as smoothly and as stress free as possible:

I take appointments, etc strictly through text messaging. The number is 856-579-9254. Make sure you are texting the correct number and allow 24-48 hours for a response. Please keep in mind that during business hours i am actively working and trying to give the absolute best experience possible to which ever baby is on my table. On Sunday, Monday and Thursday i will be devoting 100% of my time to my human and dog daughters so i will not be responding to any messages on my days off. It’s nothing personal, i promise.

I open at 9am. That means i do not open my doors until then. Please do not bang and forcefully pull on my locked door.

I always ask clients when leaving if they’d like to book their next appointment. Due to the large amount of clients who remain on a scheduled grooming routine, i only have a few select appointments available for the next 6 weeks.

If you arrive before i notify you that your pet is ready for pick up, please wait in your vehicle. Nine times out of ten, your pet gets overly excited when you enter the salon which makes the final few minutes of the groom very difficult and dangerous. Some times it will take a bit longer. I move quickly… but sometimes i need a little break… I’m human after all.

Please arrive for your appointment ON TIME. Late arrivals will be subject to a late fee or rescheduled to a different date and charged a no show fee. My time is just as valuable as yours.

If you will be dropping off early or picking up late, please inform me at scheduling or text ahead of time. All pets must be picked up within 30 minutes of completion. While i love spending time with each and every dog i groom, i am not a boarding facility and can only accommodate so many dogs at a time. Please make sure you schedule accordingly so you or a relative will be able to pick up in a timely manner.
