🎉 We’re wrapping up Vet Tech Week with Brittney!
Brittney started as a tech at Marshall County Veterinary Clinic and is now the manager at both Wenona VetCare and Woodford County Vet Clinic. She has a lot of background in animal science from her previous jobs and schooling at the University of Illinois, which she uses to help all our clients and their pets or livestock. She has two dogs, Nala & Velma, and a cat named Tigger in addition to her two children, Kairi and Dexter. In Brittney's free time she works on the farm with her dad taking care of their beef cattle! She also loves to do crafts and sports with her kids.

💙 We’re so proud of our vet tech team — and today, especially Brittney! Thank you for being part of our clinic family.

"I have been at Wenona VetCare for 2 years come November! I was very new to the vet world before, but I have learned so much since then! I love learning new things about vet med and making sure our clients are happy and taken care of in a friendly manner with a smile. Outside of work, I enjoy hanging out with my husband and children. In my free time, I enjoy baking, watching movies, and road trips!"

"I am a 2001 graduate of Joliet Junior College Veterinary Technician Program. I worked for Dr. Ehrhardt while going to school then worked at Chessie Lane Veterinary Hospital in Ottawa, IL. When Dr. Ehrhardt started Wenona VetCare in 2015, I came back to work for him. When not at work, I enjoy camping, fishing, and spending time outdoors with my dog Cleetus - a mountain feist."
