I can’t believe I am even having to make this post considering it is common sense but whenever there is not an employee up front to assist you right then and there, you do not take it upon yourself to open the staff door (which has a sign!) and come to the back to find someone. It is completely unacceptable and quite frankly very dangerous with the world we live in now and not to mention some dogs do not take kindly to new people. If we have a reactive dog in the back that we’re working on it can very well upset them and we are not to be responsible for a dog’s actions at that point because you decided to take it upon yourself to walk into the back of our business unannounced. We have a ring for assistance bell for a reason. As of today going forward we will not be allowing customers to use our restrooms, it is now staff only. We take the safety of our dogs, ourselves and the public very seriously at K9 Perfection which is why this post is being made. Thank you for understanding and we hope everyone has a safe and happy day!

I don’t think people realize how much of a bond us groomers share with your dog(s)…it’s so heartbreaking for us to hear the words “this is the last time you’ll see them” even though we don’t get to see them everyday like you do, we love your fur babies just as much as you do💕it’s been an absolute pleasure knowing Gigi, she was always the spunkiest lil lady with a lot to say! We at K9perfection love you Gigi & Gigi’s family🐾💓
