UPDATE: THIS SWEET BOY WITH AN UNKNOWN HISTORY HAS FOUND RESCUE!!!!!!

Now in the shelter......
After sometime (and the help of a female citizen) he is now in the shelter. Of course no collar or tags, and nobody has contacted Animal Control regarding ownership. He will be getting posted for rescue as soon as possible due to his condition and needing to see a vet.

This little one is now in the shelter with the help of a kind citizen willing to build a trust with him so he could be caught. No collar or tags and has been running around for awhile homeless.
