Exciting News! Temporary Grooming Availability 🎉

We know our schedule has been filling up quickly, so we’re thrilled to announce that we have hired a seasonal groomer to help out! She’s already partially booked for her time with us and available to groom your pups on the following dates and times:
* Friday, 11/29: 1 PM – 4 PM
* Saturday, 11/30: 1 PM – 4 PM
* Sunday, 12/1: 12 PM – 4 PM
* Monday, 12/2: 1 PM – 4 PM
* Friday, 12/6: 1 PM – 4 PM
* Sunday, 12/8: 8 AM – 4 PM
Please note that while she is a skilled groomer, she specializes in “puppy” cuts and field cuts and not any breed specific trims.
To book an appointment, please text us, and she will get back to you within the week to confirm availability. You can also book online with her or our other employee!
If your cat or pup doesn’t require a haircut but could use a thorough bath and brush, our bather is here to help. Simply book online or request to be added to our cancellation list for the month, and we’ll reach out to you as soon as an opening in their schedule becomes available.
We’re so happy to offer this opportunity to get your furry friends groomed sooner! Spots are limited, so don’t wait to book.

Due to an exceptionally high demand, we are not accepting new haircut clients at this time to ensure we can continue to provide the best possible service to our current clients. If you’re interested in becoming a future client, please fill out our waitlist form online and when something comes up on our schedule, we will contact you.
*Please keep in mind, if we have not seen your pet within the past 6 months, you are considered a new client*

To book with the owner, Dana, all bookings will have to be made online. To streamline our operations and ensure the best service possible, Dana will no longer be handling booking personally. Moving forward, all appointments will need to be scheduled online through www.wpetspaw.com with Dana.
This change allows her to focus on providing top-notch care for your pets and managing our business effectively. Thank you for your understanding and continued support as we grow and improve!

Update-
I’m ok! From what I thought was a case of really bad food poisoning, was actually pancreatitis. 😱 After being in ICU for a few days and getting stable in the hospital, I’m ok now.
I will be returning to work Friday and be contacting everyone I had to reschedule during my time off during the next couple days.
Heads up, until I can find reliable help, your pets grooming times will be longer than usual. If your pet usually takes me 2 hours to complete, it may take 2.5-3 hours to complete now. I just don’t have the strength in me like I did before and my hands have been weakening for a while also.
As far as scheduling with me goes; I was already booked until September so I will be changing how we book. With this set back and planning our wedding in November, these changes are necessary for our business.
1. We will no longer be accepting new clients.
2. All booking will have to be made through our online booking portal found on our website. If you have trouble booking, please contact MoeGo so they can walk your through the booking process. Please remember if we haven’t seen you within the past 6 months, you will not have access to book an appointment even if you have access to our calendar.
3. If you want to remain a loyal client and stay on a consistent schedule, book in advance throughout the year during your pets next visit with us.
4. If you want to get on a cancellation list, just text me and I will add you

As sone of you may know, our wait time to get on our books has increased drastically due to lack of staff. We are currently booked approximately 8 weeks for haircuts and longer for multiple or extra large pets. Not only are we understaffed but this is our busiest time of year! Our online booking is currently disabled as we rearrange our schedule and will be available again after the first of the year. If you would like to get on a wait list, please text us!

Being fully staffed, we are now better at replying to inquiries but if we’re all busy during the day there may be a delay on getting back to you. We will answer all inquiries during our open hours. If you would like to book asap, you can screenshot this QR code and book online any time!*

If you would like to become a client, we will need some information from you first. You can fill out our “Intake Form” located on our website homepage or under our “New Client” tab.

We are open and accept scheduled appointments Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays 8 AM to 5 PM. We do accept our A La Carte walk in services during these times but please call ahead to verify that we are operating for the day because if our groomers are out due to sickness or time off, we close down.

We do accept urgent grooming cases after hours. Please contact us directly for pricing and scheduling.

Wenatchee’s Pet Spaw is looking to add a few full-time members to our team!
We are currently looking for grooming assistants. No animal experience is required but you must be an animal lover! 🐶🐱

Duties include but are not limited to:
☑️ Checking in and out clients
☑️ Scheduling
☑️ Prepping clients for their haircut
☑️ Helping maintain a clean environment

We are looking for kind, friendly, reliable and hard working people to join us in making dogs look and feel their best! 🫧🛁

We are open every Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
