Brighter Days Rabbitry Sale Policy
Rabbits do not leave the Rabbitry any sooner than 8 weeks of age.
We have the right to refuse a sale and we reserve the right to cancel a sale for any reason before the completion of the sale.
Each rabbit comes with a small bag of transition feed.
Payment is cash only and there is no requirement to place a deposit at this time.
We do not ship rabbits.
We will not sell to minors without the consent of a parent/guardian and a parent or guardian must be present at the time of pick up or drop off.
We check the s*x of the rabbit multiple times before the time of sale, however, mistakes happen so the s*x of the rabbit is not 100% guaranteed.
There is no guarantee on future breeding ability, show winnings, temperament, etc.
Health Policy: All rabbits are healthy to the best of our knowledge when they leave our Rabbitry. We do not sell any rabbits that show any signs of illness. We cannot be held responsible if the rabbit becomes sick or dies while in your care. We cannot control what the rabbit is exposed to after it leaves our Rabbitry. So, there are no refunds or replacements if something happens. We are not responsible for any vet bills for the rabbit once it leaves our Rabbitry.
Delivery Policy: We can deliver rabbits, however, there is an additional charge based on mileage. We only meet at public places to deliver a rabbit. We will also deliver to any shows we attend and there will be no additional charge for the delivery of these rabbits. If you are unable to meet on the agreed upon date you must notify us at least 12 hours in advance or there will be an additional charge. (For more information see: Hold Policy)
Pick-Up Policy: We will meet at a public location for pick up. Rabbitry visits are not allowed for the health and safety of my rabbits and my family.
Hold Policy: Rabbits will not be held for longer than 2 weeks after the rabbit is 8 weeks of age. If the pick-up date is missed there will be a $2 charge every day it is in our care to cover feed, care, cage space, and any other costs. If a rabbit is being delivered (see: delivery policy) to any place other than a show and we are not notified at least 12 hours in advance, then an additional charge will be placed on the rabbit. However, in the case of an emergency if we are notified at least 4 hours in advance we will work something out.
