Join us for a fun and unique jackpot class with paybacks!

🗓 **Saturday & Sunday** (held before driving - class #38) July 26th and 27th at the Wellsboro Riding Club
🪑 Ride in **any seat** – all styles welcome!
🏆 **Winners** of the class each day receive a bottle of wine or an age-appropriate pack of Gatorade along with paybacks, the more that enter the bigger the paybacks!
🍹 Judging is based on how much liquid remains in your glass at the end – steady hands win the prize!

Poor Man Husband Casserole

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds ground beef.
2 cans (15 oz each) tomato sauce.
8 ounces cream cheese.
8 ounces sour cream.
8 ounces egg noodles.
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese.
2 teaspoons minced garlic.

Attention Wellsboro Riding Club Members, I have had a lot of people asking when we will have the Chinese auction. I have been extremely busy finishing weekend points, dealing with a bad head cold, getting ready to host and cook for a 4-H roundup and Dr appointments coming up for my husband and myself. If anyone out there would like to be in charge of the Chinese auction at our July show, that would be great. Otherwise we won’t have one. You can pm me to get direction on what needs to happen.
