Living Wells Farm Equine-Assisted Services is a non-profit dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of children and adults, including those with physical, emotional, and cognitive challenges, through equine-assisted services. Under the ownership and management of the Hoffman and Curley families, Living Wells Farm (LWF) has been in existence providing equine services to the community since

2015. Equine Assisted Services (EAS) is an innovative, experiential approach to mental health treatment. Through horse based activities, clients gain confidence, build trust, and form healthy boundaries. The learning center at LWF offers adaptive horsemanship, equine assisted learning, and equine assisted services for veterans alongside our able-bodied riding program and summer camp.

We are super excited to partner with Donald Oakes and Mainely Makers Workshop and Artist Collaboration. His story is one of tragedy, pain, grief, growth and transformation and it is still being written. We are blessed to have Donald willing to help grow the programs designed to foster creativity, community and caring along with teaching practical life skills and character. Meet Chester and Chance. The adult Pekin and Black Swedish ducks - Fred, Ethel, Ricky and Lucy are curious but skeptical to meet these Juliana pigs. The younger ducks are taking advantage of the ā€œbig poolā€ while the adults are busy.
