Maine Coon Mandatory Our names are Andrew & Meagan McLatchy and we are the owners of Maine C**n Mandatory! We are Maine Co Maine C**ns are an exceptional breed of domestic cats.

About Maine C**ns: Maine C**ns are "the dogs of the cat world." They are more obedient, affectionate, people orientated, & intelligent than the average house cat. They are high energy and are kitten-like through most of their adult life, and oddly enough tend to have a fascination with water. Their characteristics are thick fur & raccoon-like tails. They have prominent ruffs around their neck and

tufts of fur around their large paws. They are also vey vocal making sounds most domestic cats can't such as trilling and chirping. How We Operate:
1. Contact us to be on our wait list via email or FB messenger. Give us info like if you prefer male or female or a certain pattern or color. If you don't have preference, that's okay too!
2. Once the kittens are born, we contact people in the order of "first come, first serve."
3. We will inform you of what kittens we have available & pictures will be provided. If you are not intertest in what kittens we have to offer, we will move onto the next person on the list but you will keep your position on the wait list for the next litter of kittens. If you are interested in one of the kittens, we will then ask for a $200 NONREFUNABLE deposit to hold your kitten for you.
4. Kittens are ready to be adopted at 10-12 weeks. We have a set location that we will meet you at. We expect to be paid in full at the time of adoption, NO EXCEPTIONS. There will also be a sales contract to be signed at the time of adoption.
5. Kittens will have their first set of vaccinations & veterinarian check-up. A copy of this will be provided to you.
6. You will be required to spay or neuter your cat by 8 months of age. A copy of this will need to be mailed or emailed to us.
7. We DO NOT sell breeding rights and your cat CAN NOT be declawed. Cost:
$1,000-$1,500 depending on coat, gender, & if the cat is polydactyl. Our prices are lower because we try to make Maine C**n kittens more affordable for loving families :)
