My response time to messages is impeccable. Facebook tries to get me to respond to messages that have already been answered and the conversation has been completed. It makes zero sense to me and I have no way to change it. Just know that I consider every person and business that contacts me or interacts with me to be very important, and I treat each as such. This is something huge that Facebooks needs to correct.
